Toll Brothers opened their first community in Salt Lake City, Utah last year and we are proud to have joined them in their venture. Aterra Designs has been in business since 1999, serving both local and national builders with the lighting and electrical design of their new communities. With the expansion of Aterra Designs into Utah, we are now providing unique lighting and electrical in more states than ever before.
Our partnership with Toll Brothers works perfectly for several reasons – the main one being our collective passion for creating unique homes in an efficient manner. As many large builders move towards more standardized offerings, Toll Brothers continues to take pride in their diversity of products. Efficiency, unhindered by choice, allows them to empower their customers to personalize their homes through a unique design studio experience.
The design studio experience is where we come in. Home buyers meet with our experienced lighting designers who help them explore their personal aesthetic, determine how they want each room to function, and then share modern lighting design trends to bring their unique vision to light.
